Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for the AI assistant product
- Define and evolve interaction design, design systems, and componentry
- Drive the end-to-end design process for AI features like memory, personalization, and agentic workflows
- Conduct data analysis, user research, and usability testing to inform design
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and GTM teams
- Partner with conversational and service designers
- Mentor junior designers and foster innovation
