Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction/visual design, and design thinking.
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
- Experience designing and prototyping cross-platform interfaces using Figma.
- Experience working within agile delivery teams.
- Proven experience with the full design lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and pixel-perfect prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Present and advocate for design solutions to client stakeholders.
- Conduct user research including interviews and usability testing.
- Collaborate daily with agile teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform design strategy.
