Requirements
- 7-10+ years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Clear record of driving pipeline in vertical SaaS environments
- Proven experience managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience with inbound programmes across international markets
- Comfortable in a player-coach role: leading a team and staying hands-on with execution
- Strong analytical skills, KPI/OKR frameworks, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision making
- High ownership mindset, strong prioritisation, and a results-driven attitude
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing performance-from strategy and planning through to execution and measurable results
- Drive pipeline generation through targeted inbound and paid media campaigns across key markets (Europe, APAC, North America)
- Lead and support a small marketing team, ensuring focus, output quality, and momentum throughout the engagement
- Design, launch, and optimise high-impact marketing programmes across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
- Refine messaging and positioning-sharpen how Cenosco communicates its value across all channels and to the right ICPs
- Introduce structure, planning, and repeatable processes to marketing operations
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align on pipeline targets, deal size focus, and GTM priorities
- Track and report on KPIs: pipeline quality, campaign performance, funnel conversion-and act quickly on what the data shows
