Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch OR French
- Experienced in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) with involvement in RFIâs, RFQâs and RFPâs
- Master the art of pitching a product with transparency and without overselling its capabilities
- Quickly get to the root cause of customers concern through active listening and requirements elicitation
- Assertive and know how to handle objections in a complex environment
- Ability to break down complex issues and identify product gaps
- Great at sharing the right insights and context to influence the product
- Thrive at high level stakeholdersâ management
- Excel at prioritizing tasks while living up to commitments
Responsibilities
- Master our platform and support Sales team by enabling them with insights, expertise and the relevant tools
- Listen and understand prospectsâ needs and work internally on how Alan can address them best
- Build a thorough understanding of the prospect and assess the level of functional alignment with our offering and capabilities
- Participate to RFP submissions and build Alanâs response in collaboration with Sales, Insurance and Product experts
- Join the customer acquisition journey to evangelize our services and products
- Act as voice of the customer feeding Alanâs platform roadmap
- Prepare handover for delightful customersâ onboardings
- Participate to and eventually coordinate the most complex customer onboardings
- Work in close collaboration with your peers in France to insure good practice sharing and build a global playbook
