Responsibilities
- Deliver 3 hours daily of individualized virtual mathematics instruction.
- Diagnose student mathematical misconceptions and strengths in real time.
- Prescribe and deploy custom, fluid learning pathways.
- Dedicate 60 minutes daily to structured reflection and decision journaling.
- Track micro-data regarding student cognitive states and instructional interventions.
- Participate in clinical peer reviews and feedback cycles.
- Collaborate with researchers and data scientists.
