Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and speaking engagements
  • Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
  • Assist with inbox organization and communication follow-up
  • Follow up with prospective and existing coaching clients
  • Assist in building and organizing a CRM system
  • Help evaluate and maintain technology and workflow systems
  • Assist with planning and coordinating in-person events
  • Support basic social media posting and content coordination
