- Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
- Assist with inbox organization and communication follow-up
- Follow up with prospective and existing coaching clients
- Assist in building and organizing a CRM system
- Help evaluate and maintain technology and workflow systems
- Assist with planning and coordinating in-person events
- Support basic social media posting and content coordination
