Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience building a Direct Selling business.
  • Proven track record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization.
  • Prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Direct Selling industry and practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of social selling tools and social media for recruitment.
  • Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training events, and virtual coaching sessions.
  • Execute grassroots recruiting by managing leads and networking.
  • Develop new Brand Ambassadors to increase product sales.
  • Identify, develop, and mentor Leaders.
  • Collaborate with new Brand Ambassadors in key markets to fast-track growth.
  • Create quarterly training plans to increase the Ambassador base and sales.
  • Monitor performance against sponsoring, revenue, and rank advancement goals.
