Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience building a Direct Selling business.
- Proven track record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization.
- Prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Direct Selling industry and practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of social selling tools and social media for recruitment.
- Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and attend opportunity events, training events, and virtual coaching sessions.
- Execute grassroots recruiting by managing leads and networking.
- Develop new Brand Ambassadors to increase product sales.
- Identify, develop, and mentor Leaders.
- Collaborate with new Brand Ambassadors in key markets to fast-track growth.
- Create quarterly training plans to increase the Ambassador base and sales.
- Monitor performance against sponsoring, revenue, and rank advancement goals.
