Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Merchant Implementation, Merchant Success, or similar role.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-departmentally.
- Experience with APIs, ERP, and OMS systems.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce).
- Experience working with mid-market to enterprise merchants.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication with key stakeholders regarding deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor task completion to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Guide merchants through software onboarding and fulfillment service configuration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor during the implementation phase.
- Conduct tailored training sessions for merchant stakeholders.
- Align merchant objectives with platform capabilities to drive feature adoption.
