Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in product management, product design, or engineering.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Proficiency with API-based solutions and integrations.
- Experience building internal tools for sales or operational users in B2B environments.
- Experience in B2B, wholesale, or distribution domain.
- Track record of multi-quarter project delivery in technical environments.
- Experience with pricing engines, discounting logic, or commission workflows.
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience presenting to executives.
- Experience with Figma and design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Nabis sales suite.
- Identify opportunities that unlock growth, revenue, and improve user experience.
- Drive high-impact, cross-organization initiatives and align stakeholders.
- Work with internal teams to identify opportunities through sales analytics and data insights.
- Deliver measurable impact across key company metrics like net sales and market share.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to shape scalable system designs.
- Shadow sales reps and perform field research to gain on-the-ground insights.
