Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Prior experience in fixed asset accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- CPA certification (strongly preferred)
- Public accounting experience (preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Floqast (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage journal entries related to corporate fixed assets
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and account flux analyses for fixed asset-related balances
- Manage the accounting for capitalized landed costs associated with fixed assets
- Review fixed asset activity for completeness and accuracy, and help resolve discrepancies
- Support the maintenance and improvement of fixed asset accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and finance stakeholders
- Assist with audit requests and other ad hoc analyses related to fixed assets and corporate accounting
