Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Background in distributed systems or complex infrastructure.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go preferred).
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with at least one major public cloud provider.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve production technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain features for the GTM OS.
- Leverage AI technologies and agentic engineering for tool development.
- Investigate and resolve performance issues and build observability.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and build new features.
- Present and consult on system capabilities across the company.
- Manage infrastructure, tooling, and supporting systems.
