Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering or related industry experience.
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with and supporting high QPS platform services in production.
- Experience executing a system-focused roadmap for a major distributed system at scale.
- Experience leading phased implementations of complex systems.
- Infrastructure software engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Identity & Auth concepts like OAuth, SSO, OIDC, SAML, MFA, RBAC.
- Experience with Python and GoLang.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product engineering and internal teams to implement use cases for the Identity platform.
- Re-architect Identity systems to support multi-product strategy.
- Contribute to large-scale distributed systems design, API design, and data migrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and support EM in team building.
- Ensure software and architecture excellence through quality feedback and risk mitigation.
- Participate in on-call rotations for service maintenance.
