Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in a Test role
- Experience using AI tooling to assist in testing and coding
- Strong command of UNIX/Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
- Strong experience with Python, Pytest, Playwright, Jenkins, Github Actions, and Git
- Demonstrated expertise with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated expertise with automating tests against REST API endpoints
- Frontend automation using tools like Playwright
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication skills and mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain tests and test pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Triage and maintain automated regression tests as well as performing manual tests as needed
- Raise defects to your Product Team and file tickets with appropriate information in Jira
- Collaborate with Product and Community teams to automate the validation of features
- Provide feedback on new system features, advocating for testability and ease of automation
- Innovate to improve test capabilities and procedures to achieve increased efficiency in the validation of product features
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and time-to-market environment
