Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal and expansion lifecycle across a defined strategic portfolio.
  • Develop account-level renewal readiness and expansion strategies grounded in customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, including executive sponsors.
  • Generate and progress qualified expansion pipeline through value-based selling.
  • Execute coordinated team-selling motions to close complex opportunities.
  • Maintain high-accuracy renewal and expansion forecasts and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Proactively identify renewal risks and develop mitigation and save strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable customer outcomes.
  • Capture customer feedback and adoption trends to inform internal strategy.
