Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or similar role
  • Experience maintaining a significant book of business ($5M+ annually)
  • Experience working with accounts that have a minimum spend of $100K
  • Demonstrated ability to own outcomes with limited oversight
  • Business development mentality with a track record in revenue-generating roles
  • Highly analytical with experience in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Strategic Service Professional partners, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Deliver revenue growth goals through a blend of retention and upselling activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, providing consultative guidance
  • Complete regular discovery with partners to understand challenges
  • Lead regular business reviews presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies with partners
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for partner issues
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
