Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or similar role
- Experience maintaining a significant book of business ($5M+ annually)
- Experience working with accounts that have a minimum spend of $100K
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes with limited oversight
- Business development mentality with a track record in revenue-generating roles
- Highly analytical with experience in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Strategic Service Professional partners, serving as their primary point of contact
- Deliver revenue growth goals through a blend of retention and upselling activities.
- Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, providing consultative guidance
- Complete regular discovery with partners to understand challenges
- Lead regular business reviews presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate on marketing strategies with partners
- Serve as the primary escalation point for partner issues
- Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
