Requirements
- BS degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in consulting or industry
- Technical competency in NPDES stormwater, dewatering, and SPCC
- Understanding of state/federal environmental programs (oil and gas, RCRA)
- Experience with water sampling for groundwater and/or surface water
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and collaborative work ethic
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of safe work practices
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history
Responsibilities
- Prepare environmental permits and reports for projects, facilities, and operations
- Provide technical oversight and mentor scientific staff
- Oversee water quality inspections, sampling, and development of SPCC, stormwater plans and groundwater reports
- Manage client relationships and project development
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Analyze environmental legislation and regulations to determine client impacts
