Requirements
- BS in chemical, environmental or civil engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in consulting or industry.
- Proficient at researching, reviewing, and guiding compliance with environmental regulations at a Federal, State and Local level.
- Knowledge of SPCC, NPDES, discharge permitting, and hazardous waste management.
- Experience completing discharge monitoring reports, annual reports, NECs, and NOIs.
- Experience with water sampling for stormwater and industrial wastewater.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day management of field personnel to ensure quality work products are completed on time and with accuracy.
- Provide review and technical oversight and guidance specific to field data collection and sampling events for stormwater, waste, and wastewater.
- Provide scheduling and logistics management for a large number of monthly, quarterly and annual compliance activities.
- Review and understand environmental permits and reports for facilities and operations.
- Client interaction and relationship development includes onsite and virtual client meetings.
- Effectively manage project deliverables, schedules and budgets.
- Provide guidance to client and/or field staff specific to environmental legislation and regulations.
