Responsibilities
- Ensure predictable publishing cadence for a 3-4 person content team.
- Distribute content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
- Maintain a 2-4 week forward-looking content calendar.
- Provide data-driven audience intelligence briefs to creative teams.
- Perform final QA on captions, thumbnails, and metadata.
- Deliver weekly performance readouts to leadership.
- Coordinate end-to-end content production for on-the-ground field deployments.
