Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or related field.
- 1+ year of leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of project management theories, principles, and lab operations.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels and handle multi-tasking under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate project management staff, including recruitment, training, development, and performance assessment.
- Write, evaluate, amend, and deploy procedures and SOPs.
- Serve as chief liaison between sponsors and internal PPD departments.
- Control, manage, and delegate daily activities during clinical trials.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and address needs/concerns.
- Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, and execution.
- Guide project strategy, resolve escalations, and improve process efficiency.
- Serve as a back-up for the Associate Director PM.
