Requirements
- Professional experience in fintech (business cards, banking, lending, expense management).
- Strong data proficiency with ability to build models and perform analysis.
- Expertise in SQL, Amplitude, and Snowflake.
- Proven AI fluency and practical application of LLMs in workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in building acquisition motions.
- Ability to manage ambiguous targets and operate with an owner's mindset.
- Experience with fast-cycle growth and large market shifts.
Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition strategy for Engine X as the GM.
- Build predictable and repeatable growth programs and infrastructure.
- Execute directly on growth initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Test new GTM motions, messaging, and paid programs.
- Partner with Product on roadmap and positioning.
- Align with Sales on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and lead handoff.
- Use AI tools like Claude Code and LLMs to accelerate testing and personalization.
