- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as an Account Executive.
- Experience selling learning solutions (LMS, LXP) or HR Tech.
- Formal sales methodology training (Challenger, SPIN, PURPOSE, or MEDDIC).
- Proven experience executing complex software/platform demos.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Responsibilities
- Master the product demo and pitch.
- Develop territory plans and manage pipeline.
- Run strategic prospect meetings.
- Become knowledgeable in L&D market trends and competitor landscape.
- Drive revenue through lead qualification and deal closing.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Mentor junior Account Executives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform.
