  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as an Account Executive.
  • Experience selling learning solutions (LMS, LXP) or HR Tech.
  • Formal sales methodology training (Challenger, SPIN, PURPOSE, or MEDDIC).
  • Proven experience executing complex software/platform demos.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Master the product demo and pitch.
  • Develop territory plans and manage pipeline.
  • Run strategic prospect meetings.
  • Become knowledgeable in L&D market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Drive revenue through lead qualification and deal closing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform.
