  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment as an Account Executive
  • Experience selling learning solutions (LMS/LXP) or HR Tech
  • Formal training on selling methodology (Challenger, SPIN, PURPOSE, MEDDIC)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience executing complex software/platform demos
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

  • Master the product demo and pitch
  • Develop territory plans and manage pipeline
  • Run strategic prospect meetings
  • Drive revenue generation and close new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly sales quotas
  • Mentor junior Account Executives
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform
