Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- Ideally experienced in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
- Proven hunter mindset with at least 40% of pipeline sourced independently.
- Comfortable discussing insider risk, DLP, and ROI with stakeholders.
- Experience using tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
- Strong demo skills with ability to adapt in real time.
- Extreme ownership and coachability.
Responsibilities
- Hunt and own pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
- Use behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to personalize outreach and target vertical-specific pain points.
- Run efficient discovery calls (30 minutes or less) that categorize prospects into Security, Productivity, or Process opportunities.
- Position the platform as workforce intelligence and demonstrate features like OMNI and Timmy Copilot.
- Partner with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to drive referrals.
- Proactively address privacy concerns by highlighting privacy-first architecture.
