Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in retail mortgage or consumer lending.
- Active NMLS license.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Documented track record of leading teams to meet sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort with fast-paced, tech-forward work environments.
Responsibilities
- Directly lead and develop a team of 10–12 retail loan originators.
- Own end-to-end production metrics including lock volume, funding, and efficiency.
- Manage pipeline hygiene and conversion discipline.
- Execute go-to-market strategies with realtors, builders, and referral networks.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to resolve escalations.
- Ensure adherence to the SAFE Act and internal regulatory policies.
- Support recruiting efforts and lead change management for new tech/products.
