Requirements
- 5+ years of People Operations experience.
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience running end-to-end People programmes.
- Knowledge of global payroll, benefits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience implementing or integrating HRIS, ATS, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to build business cases for People investments.
- Strong judgement and decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Experience using modern HR tooling and AI.
- Strong async written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end across our global footprint.
- Partner with Finance and payroll providers to deliver accurate, compliant payroll.
- Manage global benefits programmes.
- Lead immigration, visa, right-to-work, and global mobility processes.
- Automate People team helpdesk processes.
- Coordinate logistics for annual retreats and workations.
- Shape content and narrative for company Townhalls.
- Manage the People tech stack and lead vendor integrations.
- Ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
