  • Proven experience running end-to-end People programmes.
  • Knowledge of global payroll, benefits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience implementing or integrating HRIS, ATS, and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to build business cases for People investments.
  • Strong judgement and decision-making in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience using modern HR tooling and AI.
  • Strong async written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end across our global footprint.
  • Partner with Finance and payroll providers to deliver accurate, compliant payroll.
  • Manage global benefits programmes.
  • Lead immigration, visa, right-to-work, and global mobility processes.
  • Automate People team helpdesk processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for annual retreats and workations.
  • Shape content and narrative for company Townhalls.
  • Manage the People tech stack and lead vendor integrations.
  • Ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
