Requirements
- 7-12+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting.
- Proven experience influencing or closing $1M+ services deals.
- Hands-on understanding of SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, and infra operations.
- Experience designing solutions with AI integration, agents, or RAG systems.
- Ability to build defensible pricing models (T&M, fixed-price, outcome-based).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate client goals into clear, technically credible solution architectures.
- Lead discovery workshops to define winning solutions.
- Build decks, narratives, and pricing models for competitive positioning.
- Manage solution narratives across EOI, RFI, and RFP responses.
- Provide high-level solution estimating tied to ROI for software, hardware, and cloud.
- Own cross-domain solution engineering including Apps, Infra, Security, and Cloud.
- Develop AI-integrated solutions using agentic automation and private AI stacks.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to create differentiated GTM offerings.
- Partner with Sales on deal strategy and pursuit plans.
