Requirements
- 15+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources
- Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, PowerBI, Tableau and Sigma
- People management experience
- Hands-on Portfolio/Program Management expertise with Agile methodologies and Waterfall
- Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field preferred
- PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of programs for phData’s largest strategic accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales and delivery leadership
- Connect client strategic objectives to project outcomes
- Translate business objectives into actionable data and AI roadmaps
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
- Own project and portfolio financials, including revenue targets, margin management, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure rigorous project governance with operating cadences, clear RACI, risk/issue/decision logs
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across delivery, scope, and resourcing
- Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell
- Document and enhance phData best practices, playbooks, and templates
