Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- Clinical background in cardiac device clinic.
- Familiarity with remote cardiac monitoring workflows or device data management.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering executive-level business reviews.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, or analytics tools.
- Experience in sales, contract negotiation, and renewal management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop key account champions: administrative, physician, device clinic.
- Identify and adapt to changes in customer leadership or organizational structure.
- Leverage data and analytics to track customer goals and recommend strategies for success.
- Maintain regular communication through check-ins, updates, product launches, and strategic reviews.
- Prepare and present business reviews to key decision-makers.
- Follow the Murj renewal process to minimize churn and drive retention.
- Negotiate contract renewals in partnership with Murj legal.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and engagement.
