- Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
- Proven success growing existing client relationships and supporting new business
- Experience owning or contributing to a multimillion-dollar book of business
- Strong presentation, communication, and proposal development skills
- Ability to lead intake conversations and shape opportunities
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth efforts across a portfolio of existing accounts
- Develop and maintain quarterly account plans
- Partner with studio leadership to identify new areas of opportunity
- Support account retention, expansion, and executive engagement
- Help manage inbound growth opportunities
- Lead intake conversations and define engagement approaches
- Build and present proposals and strategic growth recommendations
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to scope opportunities
- Support strategic target-account pursuits
- Navigate complex organizations to build senior-level relationships
