  • Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
  • Proven success growing existing client relationships and supporting new business
  • Experience owning or contributing to a multimillion-dollar book of business
  • Strong presentation, communication, and proposal development skills
  • Ability to lead intake conversations and shape opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth efforts across a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain quarterly account plans
  • Partner with studio leadership to identify new areas of opportunity
  • Support account retention, expansion, and executive engagement
  • Help manage inbound growth opportunities
  • Lead intake conversations and define engagement approaches
  • Build and present proposals and strategic growth recommendations
  • Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to scope opportunities
  • Support strategic target-account pursuits
  • Navigate complex organizations to build senior-level relationships
