Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Experience with site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and budget negotiations
- Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree
- Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC or other regions institutions
- Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsor
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Establish process and procedures for overall site contract management
- Review, draft and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and other client contracts
- Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate site budget
- Provide guidance regarding operational implications of contract terms
- Ensure adherence to company policies and contracting standards
- Track and report site contract metrics and execution status
- Mentor and ambassador for new SCMs and staff
