Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel, business development, or sales roles.
- Experience specifically with distributor relationships in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in cybersecurity preferred.
- Experience with distribution, MSP/Microsoft licensing, and traditional resell routes to market preferred.
- Proven track record of recruiting and activating channel partners.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Strong relationship-building skills across various levels of organizations.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key AMER distributor relationships.
- Establish regular planning cadences with distributors for targeting, pipeline generation, and deal registration.
- Drive recruitment of net-new channel partners.
- Build activation frameworks that move partners from onboarding to revenue.
- Deliver training to distributor seller overlays and channel account managers.
- Build and support the execution of joint go-to-market plans.
- Execute pipeline acceleration campaigns and monitor funnel conversion metrics.
