Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel, business development, or sales roles.
  • Experience specifically with distributor relationships in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in cybersecurity preferred.
  • Experience with distribution, MSP/Microsoft licensing, and traditional resell routes to market preferred.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and activating channel partners.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across various levels of organizations.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key AMER distributor relationships.
  • Establish regular planning cadences with distributors for targeting, pipeline generation, and deal registration.
  • Drive recruitment of net-new channel partners.
  • Build activation frameworks that move partners from onboarding to revenue.
  • Deliver training to distributor seller overlays and channel account managers.
  • Build and support the execution of joint go-to-market plans.
  • Execute pipeline acceleration campaigns and monitor funnel conversion metrics.
