Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a channel, business development, or sales role.
- Experience with distributor relationships within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Distribution supporting MSP/Microsoft licensing and traditional resell routes.
- Proven track record of recruiting and activating channel partners.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for key AMER distributor relationships.
- Establish regular planning cadences with distributors for targeting and pipeline generation.
- Drive recruitment of net-new channel partners.
- Build activation frameworks to move partners from onboarding to recurring revenue.
- Deliver training on positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
- Execute joint go-to-market plans and pipeline acceleration campaigns.
- Monitor funnel conversion metrics across recruited partners.
