Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting Navy, DoD, or federal logistics, sustainment, or enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, business development, or capture management.
- Strong understanding of Navy logistics, warehousing, sustainment, and transportation.
- Experience coordinating with operational, technical, and acquisition stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and grow business opportunities within existing client environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Navy logistics, sustainment, and technology stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities supporting Navy logistics and supply chain operations.
- Develop growth strategies aligned with Navy modernization priorities.
- Support capture planning, pipeline development, and opportunity shaping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-aligned solutions.
- Assist in the creation of whitepapers, capability briefings, and proposal responses.
- Coordinate with technical/delivery teams to align company capabilities with customer requirements.
