- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with DLA J3, Distribution, Energy and Troop Support.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer engagement related to modernization, warehouse operations, sustainment, transportation management, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with government leadership, operational users, program offices, and acquisition stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities supporting DLA, IT and Operational objectives.
- Support capture planning, pipeline development, and opportunity shaping activities.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to develop customer-aligned solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and functional delivery teams to align capabilities with customer operational needs.
- Partner with sustainment managers, technical services managers, and solution architects to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
