Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client accounts effectively

  • Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
  • 5–10+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in paid social advertising
  • Strong strategic understanding of Meta advertising and performance marketing
  • Experience working directly with clients in an account management or similar role
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy discussions with clients during regular review calls
  • Collaborate with clients to develop paid social campaign strategies and audience targeting approaches
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams to oversee the development and delivery of marketing assets
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment
  • Build strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize performance across digital channels
  • Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
