Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including experience with data management, lead nurturing, and email marketing automation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- HubSpot certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Manage HubSpot CRM platform, including data entry, segmentation, lead scoring, and email automation.
- Optimize HubSpot workflows and processes to streamline marketing and sales operations and improve efficiency.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and HubSpot management, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.
