Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Previous Microsoft sales experience including Office 365, EMS, and Azure
- Experience positioning and closing professional services opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams
- Partner with Microsoft as a peer during the sales process for major accounts
- Identify leads and close sales with enterprise accounts
- Demonstrate a technical understanding of Microsoft platform offerings
- Qualify sales opportunities and handle negotiations
- Direct the sales process involving Sales Engineers and Project Managers
- Source opportunities and attain sales goals
- Communicate directly with customers to develop rapport and close business
- Set meetings with clients to understand business requirements
- Give technical demonstrations of products and services
