Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 2-5 years of clinical data management experience
- Experience working in clinical trials databases in a commercially available EDC system (e.g. Rave, Medrio, RedCap, Veeva)
- Working knowledge of EDC systems and CRF design principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of data review and reconciliation process
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Independently design CRFs and standard documentation
- Manage EDC design, testing, and UAT
- Lead data review planning and execution
- Manage query workflows and SAE reconciliation
- Handle vendor data integration and discrepancy flagging
- Execute database lock checklists and data verification
- Support TMF readiness and review PDF packages
- Prepare reports and track KPIs
- Onboard and mentor new team members
