Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline or relevant experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience with installation, testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls, or electrical infrastructure.
- Minimum three years’ experience in people or resource management.
- Knowledge of industry trends and project management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies for workflow optimization.
- Strong organizational, delegation, and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Residency near a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resource allocation with project and program managers.
- Forecast manpower needs and address resource conflicts.
- Maximize billability of personnel.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews.
- Oversee new hire onboarding and training.
- Approve timecards and review expenses.
- Assist in commissioning-focused design reviews.
- Ensure project deliverables meet time and budget constraints.
