Requirements
- Proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or technology staffing services.
- Strong track record of success within the U.S. market.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Experience with prospecting and sales automation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent solutions.
- Ability to design and execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue generation and target achievement.
- Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to understand client business needs.
- High resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales activities across the U.S. market, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Design and execute outbound and inbound prospecting strategies using automation tools and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on retention, account growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, delivery, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities within the U.S. market.
