Requirements
- 4+ years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, or equivalent experience in sales within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or medtech environments.
- Strong background in field sales, account management, or B2B sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with experience managing complex stakeholder networks.
- Ability to work independently with strong autonomy while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing sales strategies, driving product adoption, and expanding market presence.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in medical or clinical environments is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical products and services within an assigned geographic area, ensuring achievement of sales targets and market growth objectives.
- Develop, build, and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs, follow up on leads, and provide tailored product solutions to maximize value and adoption.
- Conduct market analysis, including competitor and customer activity monitoring, to support sales strategy development.
- Execute market development plans while adapting tactics based on evolving customer and business needs.
- Provide product education and training to healthcare stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of solutions.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and operations, to support product improvements.
- Manage complex sales processes, including negotiations, account planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
