Job Details

Proven experience in mobile development with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
Solid understanding of widget architecture, state management, and mobile performance optimization.
Experience working in agile SaaS product environments with a focus on iterative delivery.
Cross-stack mindset with willingness to contribute to backend or web development.
Familiarity or openness to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
Strong product thinking, with a focus on user impact.
Experience ensuring app quality through testing, code reviews, and modern engineering practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Motivation to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Design, develop, and ship end-to-end mobile features within a Flutter-based application.
Take ownership of core mobile domains, including UI/UX implementation, interaction design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
Work cross-functionally across mobile, backend, and web systems.
Build software following modern engineering practices, including API-first design, code reviews, automated testing, and structured release workflows.
Instrument and analyze product features to understand real user behavior and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Participate in agile development cycles to refine requirements and deliver value incrementally.
Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to rollout and monitoring.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
Contribute to technical discussions within engineering guilds.
Support experimentation and prototyping efforts.
