Requirements
- At least 1 year of fully remote work experience
- Professional experience with Golang
- Experience working on a SaaS platform
- Familiarity with distributed systems concepts (scalability, multi-tenancy, HA)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet)
- Experience participating in blameless incident response and post-incident reviews
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable software
- Experience contributing to project delivery from brainstorming to shipping
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems to track desired stack state and repair drift
- Collaborate across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations for reliable stack lifecycle workflows
- Manage rollout mechanisms for provisioned plugins, dashboards, data sources, and configuration
- Support new region and cluster rollouts and associated operational paths
- Improve incident response and recovery paths for stack and integration failures
- Partner with internal teams to drive customer-impacting stack lifecycle work
- Contribute to technical design, roadmap planning, and OnCall improvements
