Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, including widgets, layout, and state management.
- Understanding of performance, accessibility, and platform conventions.
- Cross-stack mindset with willingness to contribute to backend or web systems.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
- Strong sense of ownership and user-centric thinking.
- Experience working on SaaS products in agile environments.
- Bonus: Modular Flutter architectures, App Store/Play Store release process, analytics/monitoring (Mixpanel, Sentry), and E2E testing (Patrol).
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end user-facing features with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Work hands-on with the mobile stack (Flutter, Dart) and extend into backend/web systems.
- Develop software following modern practices: API-first design, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Instrument features and use behavioral data to refine or iterate on products.
- Transition toward an AI-supported development workflow.
- Own features from technical design and cross-team alignment to rollout and iteration.
