Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization.
- Strong track record of facilitating enterprise level projects.
- Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in building and evaluating system-level technical design.
- Ability to build scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification steps.
- Mechanisms for risk and critical path management.
- Experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide software development project management + cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver outstanding products.
- Manage and track engineering project delivery schedules and ensure they align with cross-functional upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Identify gaps and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, follow-through until resolution.
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones.
- Drive effective and consistent processes in engineering organization.
