Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent business degree.
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting or Audit.
- 2+ years of experience in International accounting.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a high-growth technical company.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience managing relationships/compliance with third-party accounting-service providers (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Own overall international accounting processes and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements for 7 international subsidiaries.
- Work closely with tax, payroll, legal, and other accounting teams to meet deadlines.
- Function as a project manager for compliance deliverables.
- Oversee five international audits from beginning to end with third-party partners.
- Own relationships with third-party service providers for local filings and compliance.
- Drive process improvements for efficient operations.
- Review work of team members and provide coaching.
- Maintain and improve SOX compliance.
