Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent business degree.
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting or Audit.
- 2+ years of experience in International accounting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party accounting-service providers (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools like NetSuite and Excel (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own overall international accounting processes and compliance for 7 subsidiaries.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
- Collaborate with tax, payroll, and legal teams on compliance deliverables.
- Oversee five international audits with third-party partners.
- Manage relationships with third-party accounting service providers.
- Drive process improvements and create new processes for business growth.
- Review work of team members and provide coaching.
- Maintain and improve SOX compliance for accounting functions.
