Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in supplements, functional ingredients, or nutrition-based sales
- Strong understanding of supplement technologies, industry regulations, and market trends
- Proven experience in business development and account growth
- Ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary commercial lead for the Proactive Health supplements portfolio in the region
- Develop and execute strategic account and market entry plans for key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline
- Collaborate with product, marketing, regulatory, and scientific teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supplement brands, distributors, and partners
- Track performance, manage budgets, and report on regional commercial outcomes
- Represent the organization at industry events, workshops, and conferences
