Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal resources to ensure engagement objectives
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings
- Provide regular updates to all relevant stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder time and technical resources on open deals
- Identify and communicate engagement risks
- Maintain engagement documentation in Salesforce
- Keep track of quote requests and progress
- Proactively reach out regarding renewals and new projects
- Actively engage with new incoming leads
