Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage strategic relationships across technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong technical fluency in software architecture and SaaS platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate internal experts around shared customer outcomes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical stakeholders
  • Oversee service delivery activities including incident management and SLA tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients
  • Organize regular operational reviews and account health checks
  • Orchestrate internal specialists and translate customer needs into requirements
  • Act as a customer advocate by surfacing feedback and usage trends
