Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a software or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage strategic relationships across technical and business stakeholders
- Strong technical fluency in software architecture and SaaS platforms
- Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate internal experts around shared customer outcomes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical stakeholders
- Oversee service delivery activities including incident management and SLA tracking
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients
- Organize regular operational reviews and account health checks
- Orchestrate internal specialists and translate customer needs into requirements
- Act as a customer advocate by surfacing feedback and usage trends
